Chad Austin Jude, 42, of Catlettsburg, went to be with his Lord Saturday, December 30, 2017, at his home, his loving family at his side.
Mr. Jude was born March 6, 1975, in South Williamson, KY, to Daniel and Roxie Preece Jude of Louisa, KY.
Chad was a graduate of Sheldon-Clark High School in Inez, KY, received his bachelor of science in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from Eastern Kentucky University and was a recipient of the Geraldine Colby Zeiler Award for students of Cytotechnology.
Chad had an extensive sales background to include many successful years in the pharmaceutical and laboratory industries finalizing his career as director of sales and marketing for a prominent medical laboratory company.
His hobbies included fishing, hunting and sports. He was a member of Missio Dei Church.
Left to cherish memories are Chad's parents, Daniel and Roxie; his adoring wife of seven years, Lori White Jude; children, Blake Austin Jude, Leelah Erin Jude and Samuel Owen Jude all of Catlettsburg; a brother, Eric C. Jude of Byhalia, MS; and a sister, Tara D. Jude of Knoxville, TN.
Funeral service to celebrate the life of Chad Jude will be at 11 a.m. Friday, January 5, 2018, at Heritage Baptist Church, 13136 KY-180, Ashland, KY 41102. Pastor BJ Erps will officiate. Final resting place in Riverview Memorial Gardens, Louisa, KY.
Visiting hours are 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday evening at the church.
