Debra Kay Williams, 58 of Flatwoods, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital.
Ms. Williams was born June 3, 1959, in Ashland, to Edmund Williams of Flatwoods and the late Virginia Gussler Williams.
She was preceded in death by her mother; a daughter, Sandra Lynn Williams; and two brothers, Edmund Williams Jr. and Leslie Williams.
Debra was a 1977 graduate of Russell High School and a homemaker. Her hobbies included geneology, but her biggest hobby was her family. She was a member of Sandy City Freewill Baptist Church.
Debra is survived by her father, Ed Williams; and her sisters, Teresa Hall of Worthington, Julie Gomez (Mariano) of Lutz, Fla. and Eddy Jo Bortz (Mark Helburn) of Raceland; a sister-in-law, Jennifer Williams of Flatwoods; her nieces, Maddie, Autumn, Sandy, Emily, Sammy Jo, and Zaylen; and her nephews, Keith, Conner, Jerome, Octavious and Trey.
A Memorial Service will be at 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, 2017, at Sandy City Free Will Baptist Church in Catlettsburg with Pastor Robert Chaffins officiating.
Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
