Edith Bottwin Corman, 89, of Lexington, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2017, in Lexington Country Place.
She was born April 29, 1928, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to the late Phillip and Erna Landesburger Bottwin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Bottwin.
Edith was owner and operator of Corman's Clothing in Ashland for over thirty years with her husband, Joel.
She is survived by her husband, Joel E. Corman; a daughter, Rita (Steven) Spitzer of Bellingham, Wash.; a son, Fred (Mary Lou) Corman of Lexington; two grandchildren, Jonathon (Rachel) Spitzer of Cottonwood Heights, Utah and Dr. Emily (Dr. Fernando) Fukazato of Des Moines, Wash.; and three great-grandchildren, Ella Kai Fukazato, Adam Ryder Fukazato and Levi Asher Fukazato.
A memorial graveside service will be at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org.
