Eloise Hall Cox, 92, of Ironton, Ohio, went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018.
She was born March 5, 1925, in Louisa, the daughter of the late Ira and Ethel May Hall.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Raymond E. Cox; a son, Aaron Ray Cox; and two brothers, Philip Scott Hall and Harold Hall.
She is survived by her three children, Raymond E. (Janice) Cox Jr., Ethel Stafford and Nancy (Frank) Varney; three grandchildren, Cheryl (Tim) Rodefer, Deatra Jill Cox and Raymond E. (Angela) Cox III; five great-grand children, Grady (Shelly) Devers, Lauren (Clint) Rudolph, Brandon Devers, Dominic Cox and Alaina Cox; four great-great-grandchildren, Madison Devers, Barbara Devers, Abby Rudolph and Carson Rudolph; and many nieces and nephews.
Eloise loved to cooked, enjoyed taking care of her family and spending time with them. She was a member of Storms Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Ironton.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9, 2018, at Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home in Ironton, Ohio. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Louisa.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m to 1:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
