Juanita Evenell Hilton Juanita Evenell Hilton, 78, of Argillite, Ky., went home to be with the Lord on Saturday Sept. 8, 2018, at her residence surrounded by her family and friends who loved her dearly. Mrs. Hilton was born April 14, 1940 in Vanceburg, Ky., a daughter of the late Burl and Agnes Pollitt Toller. Juanita attended Cane Creek Freewill Baptist Church. She worked in the deli/bakery at Foodfair/Applegates in Greenup for 18 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Glenn Hilton; four brothers, Lloyd Toller, Dale Mackey, Earl Toller, and Burl Toller Jr.; and two sisters, Lena Wells Toller and Robin Toller.
She is survived by one son, Winston (Tammy) Hilton of Argillite, Ky.; one daughter, Roxanna (Larry) Garvin of Argillite, Ky.; four brothers, Walter Douglas (Brenda) Toller, Charles Wayne (Joan) Toller, Floyd Lee Toller, and Lowell Dean (Patty) Toller, all of Lewis County, Ky.; four sisters, Jewell May Lawson, Bessie, Kathleen Kielbreth of Maysville, Ky., Mary Lou (Allen) Foster of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Brenda Kay (David) Hollar of Lewis Co., Ky.; three grandchildren, Kimberly Hilton, Eric (Lori) Hilton, and Justin Angel; two great grandchildren on the way; special friends Betty and Dennis Hill, Hannah Burns, and the church family; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank all of the nurses and staff with Community Hospice Care Center for all they did to help take care of Juanita. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wed., Sept. 12, 2018 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Ky. by Pastor Ronnie Blevins and Bro. Winston Hilton. Burial will be in Plum Grove-Collins Cemetery in Greenup, Ky. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tues., and one hour before the service on Wed. Condolences may be made rlrfuneralhome.com.
