Michael Edward Dyer II, 46, of May's Lick, died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2017.
Mike was born Dec. 15, 1971, in Ashland, the son of Michael E. Dyer of Franklin Furnace, Ohio and the late Diana Sergent Dyer.
He was an employee of Renovation Services.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Irene Dyer and Roy and Irene Sergent.
Mike is survived by two sons, Corey (Aly) Dyer of Richlands, N.C. and Aaron Dyer of West Portsmouth, Ohio; three stepchildren, Emily and Sarah Ballard, both of May's Lick and Hannah (Jacob) Johnson of Maysville; four siblings, Nikki (Rich) Emerson, David (Francie) Dyer, Kim (Jeremy) Hall and Jessica (Dustin) Johnson; two grandchildren, Lyncoln and Kenzleigh Dyer; a stepgrandchild, Perry Johnson; and his fiancee, Pamela Smith.
A Celebration of Life will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, at Mike Dyer's home, 2788 Junior Furnace Powellsville Road, Franklin Furnace, Ohio.
His favorite quote was "I'll always be huntin`, fishin` and loving every day."
Palmer Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
