Ronald Edwin "Eddie" Williams Jr., 61, of Ashland, passed away Friday January 12, 2018, in Community Hospice Care Center.
Mr. Williams was born October 5, 1956, in Ashland, to the late Ronald E. Sr. and Marcella Ann Withrow Williams.
Eddie was a graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School. He was a car salesman.
His hobbies included watching UK Basketball, flea markets and NASCAR. He was a member of Pollard Baptist Church.
Surviving is his loving wife of 27 years, Treva Morrison Williams; aunts, Numa Lee Conley of Versailles, KY, and Carol Walker of Louisville; cousins, Cynthia Brown, Gayle Lee Turner, Brian (Jenny) Conley, Judy Lynn (David) Conley, Brenda (Donnie) Brown, Scott (Cheryl) Sperry, Keith (Susan) Sperry, Robbie (Kristie) Walker, Chris (Jenni) Walker and Missie (Michael) Carman; his mother-in-law, Verna Morrison; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rick (Sandie) Morrison, Dan (Suzanne) Morrison and Tracy (Karla) Morrison; and sister and brother-in-law, Verna (Frank) Seger; and many close friends.
Funeral service for Mr. Williams will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Neal Funeral Home, 2409 Center Street, Catlettsburg. Pastor Tom Leach will officiate. Final resting place in Ashland Cemetery.
Visiting hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at the Funeral Home.
