Mrs. Bradley was born March 3, 1927 in New Boston, Ohio, to the late William T. and Evelyn Meddings. Thelma was also preceded in death by husband, Curtis Barnes Bradley; all three of her daughters, Lillie Mae Fannin, Patty Faye Haas, Gloria Kaye Ross-Johns; and grandson Jerry Haas.
Thelma retired from Corbin and had previously worked for Topping Christian and Western Steer. She loved cooking, quilting and in later years working word search puzzles. She also loved singing hymns and was a member of Ross Chapel Community Church.
Surviving are a brother Alva L. Fulk, Jr (Margo) of Springfield, Ohio; sister, Mildred M. Parker of Indiana; sons-in-law, Lester Haas, of Ironton, Ohio and Bud Johns, of Catlettsburg; sister-in-law Nancy Meddings of Corydon, Iowa. Additional survivors are grandchildren, Ladonna Hall (Harold), Curtis Fannin (Alicia), Scott Haas (RaeLynn), and Melissa Haas; great grandchildren, Morgan Griffith, Misty Sloan, Brandon Haas, Celsey Fannin, Derrek Fannin, Kaeli Fannin, Charlee Ann Haas; and five great-great grandchildren.
Also preceding in death is her brother William T. Meddings and many more half brothers and sisters; and sons in law Gene Fannin and Jack Ross.
Funeral Service for Mrs. Bradley will be at 2 p.m. Monday, January 14, 2019, at Ross Chapel Community Church, 24250 Jacks Fork Road, Rush, Ky. 41168. Brother Jimmy Blevins will officiate. Final resting place in Bradley Family Cemetery on Bolts Fork. Visiting hours will be 12 p.m. until service time Monday at the Church.
