I was Bill's Maintenance Clerk at the Ashland Works of A+K Steel, for many years. I always enjoyed working with him. He had an excellent sense of humor. He really knew his job and was really smart, electrically & mechanically. He will be missed greatly. Our Prayers & Sympathy to his family. Roger & Della Simpkins.

Bill will be missed! He was a very sweet neighbor. He would always wave from his chair and bring fruit and cookies to my kids! I will miss his friendly wave and his sweet smile! Prayers for his family! We are very sorry for your loss.
