William's Story

William Freeman Click, 61, of Milton, W.Va., formerly of Ashland, ran to the loving arms of Jesus Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017, following a brief illness.
Billy was born Feb. 19, 1955, a son of the late Billy Ray and Alma Click.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mickey Click.
Billy's fondest memories were of fishing with his friends and touring with the gospel group New Journey.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Joyce Holley Click; a sister, Nancy (Bill) Banfield and nephew Alex of Ashland; two stepchildren, James (Beverly) Holley of Huntington and Debra (Michael) Gauby of Olathe, Kan.; four stepgrandchildren, James, Lindsey, Morgan and Michael; and his beloved dachshund, Angel.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, 2017, at Catlettsburg Church of God.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the church.
In lieu flowers, donations may be made to Emogene Dolin Hospice House, 3100 Staunton Rd., Huntington, WV 25702, who gave him exceptional and loving care during his stay.
