William Ira Frazier Jr., 72, of Ashland, died Wednesday, April 11, 2018, in Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
Bill was born Feb. 3, 1946, in Ashland, a son of the late William Ira Frazier Sr. and Marie Adams Frazier Christian.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Frazier.
He was a retired welder with AK Steel and a U.S. Army Veteran. Bill was a member of Ashland Fraternal Order of the Eagles 2329.
Bill is survived by his sons, Martin Frazier of Blanco, Texas and Matthew William Frazier of Ashland; two grandchildren, Mitchell and Allison; two brothers, Tony Christian of Clinton, Tenn., and Tim Frazier of Clear Water, Fla.; four sisters, Frances Frazier of Alabama, Debbie Picklesimer and Dotty Sammons, both of Ashland and Patty Mills of Worthington.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at Lazear Funeral Home Chapel in Ashland. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland with military rites provided by Kenova American Legion Post 93.
