Anthony Frasure, 60, of Catlettsburg, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 6, 1957, in Ashland, a son of the late Aderos and Marie Hamilton Frasure.
Anthony was involved in many small business ventures throughout his life ranging from a used car salesman to dozer operator which he enjoyed the most. He was also an auctioneer and a member of the Kentucky Auctioneer Association.
Anthony enjoyed the outdoors with hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed collecting antiques. If anyone knew Anthony they knew he loved to talk and had a great sense of humor.
Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years, Valerie Childers Frasure of Catlettsburg; sons, Anthony Travis Frasure and fiancé, Kaitlyn Ford of Ashland, David Lee Frasure and his wife, Melissa, of Ashland, and Dustin Eugene Frasure and his wife, Crystal, of Catlettsburg; sisters, Geri Frasure Linder of Catlettsburg, and Brenda Kay Frasure Cook and her husband, Roy, of Ashland; grandchildren, Austin R. Pinkerman, Larissa Frasure, Evelynn Frasure, Owen Frasure, Halina Frasure and Shelby Frasure; and a host of loving extended family members and friends.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel in Ashland with Pastor Tommy Adams officiating. Burial will be in Frasure Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at the funeral home.
