Carolyn Sue Warner Hunt, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at her home on Nelroy Lane in South Shore.
She was 72 years old and was of the Christian Faith. Carolyn was born Jan. 2, 1945, to the late Harry Oscar Warner and Kathleen Keibler Warner.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 46 years, Roger Hunt; five children, Marvin (Debbie) Munn, Mark (Kelly) Munn, Melanie Maynard, Roger Dale "RD" Hunt and Christopher (Amy) Hunt; grandchildren, Nicole Logan, Kyle Hunt, Chris Miller, Nancy Miller, Steven Lott and Jonathan Lott; a sister, Wanda Warner (Soc) Clay; several nieces and nephews and loving friends.
Carolyn was a stay at home mom and a devoted wife and mother. She had a strong interest in everything outdoors. She was taught to fish by her father and cherished her time on the Ohio River from childhood on. She was also a devoted nature photographer, her most happy times was when the entire family would gather at her home for holidays and special occasions.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, May 12, 2017, at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore with Elder Gary Howell officiating. Burial will be in MT. Zion Cemetery in South Shore.
