Carolyn Sue Warner Hunt, 72, of South Shore, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at her home.
Carolyn was born Jan. 2, 1945, to the late Harry Oscar Warner and Kathleen Keibler Warner.
Carolyn was a stay at home mom and a devoted wife and mother. She had a strong interest in everything outdoors. She was taught to fish by her father and cherished her time on the Ohio River from childhood on. She was a devoted nature photographer, her most happy times was when the entire family would gather at her home for holidays and special occasions. She was of the Christian Faith.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 46 years, Roger Hunt; five children, Marvin (Debbie) Munn, Mark (Kelly) Munn, Melanie Maynard, Roger Dale "RD" Hunt and Christopher (Amy) Hunt; six grandchildren, Nicole Logan, Kyle Hunt, Chris Miller, Nancy Miller, Steven Lott and Jonathan Lott; a sister, Wanda Warner (Soc) Clay; a brother, Danny Warner; and several nieces, nephews and loving friends.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, May 12, 2017, at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore with Elder Gary Howell officiating. Burial will in Mt. Zion Cemetery in South Shore.
