Connie Jo Criswell, 56, of Catlettsburg, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017, surrounded by her family in James Cancer Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Connie was born Oct. 15, 1960, in Denton, to the late Frank and Carrie Miller Banfield.
Connie formerly attended Twin Fork Church of the Nazarene in Catlettsburg and was a manager for Go-Mart in Huntington.
Surviving her are her children, Frank and his wife, Jennifer Criswell, of Ashland; her daughters, Tina and her husband, Eddie Smith, of Flatwoods, Pam Criswell of Atlanta, Ga., and Heather Criswell of Catlettsburg; and the childrens father, Dave Criswell; brothers, Dan and his wife Sue Miller of Zanesville, Oh; Jesse and his wife Effie Banfield of Grayson, and Millard and his wife, Tammy Banfield, of Grayson; sisters, Linda White of Ashland, Carolyn Sue and her husband, James Berry, of Denton, Brenda and her husband, Sid Jones, of Ironton, Ohio, and G. Ava and her husband, Tony Banfield, of Winder, Ga.; and grandchildren, David, Jordan, Tyler, Tiffany, Trevor and EJ Smith, Jacob and Noah Criswell and Ragen Criswell-Watkins.
Funeral services for Connie will by at 2 p.m. Friday, April 14, 2017, by Pastor Ken Gowin at Music Family Funeral Home in Greenup.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 13, 2017, at the funeral home.
