Daniel Clinton Hogan, 79, of Ashland, passed away May 30, 2017, in Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland following a long courageous battle with Parkinson's disease.
Daniel was born March 28, 1938, in Rush, a son of the late Fred C. and Nora McCormick Hogan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John C. Hogan; and a sister, Roberta Lawson.
He was retired from the maintenance department of AK Steel and was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Surviving include his loving wife, Wanda Boggs Hogan; two daughters, Krista Rogers and her husband, Josh, of Ashland, and Angie Hensley and her husband, Mark, of Port Orange, Fla.; a son, Bobby Evans and his wife, Karen, of Union; a sister, Nora Legg and her husband, Don, of Rush; two grandchildren, Caleb Rogers and Faith Evans; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, June 2, 2017, at Preston Family Funeral Home in Ashland by Pastor Keith Crum. Entombment will be in Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum in Ashland.
