Dolly Faye Picklesimer Kelley, 78, of Ashland, formerly of Catlettsburg, passed away at her home with her family at her side.
Mrs. Kelley was born March 31, 1939, in Wayne County, W.Va., to the late Lonnie and Naomi Coburn Picklesimer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband of 31 years, Jack Kelley in 1989; a son, Timothy Kelley; brothers, George Picklesimer, Lloyd Picklesimer, Ray Picklesimer, Curtis Picklesimer and Bobby Picklesimer; and a sister, Fostina Ward.
Dolly was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed shopping and talking on the phone, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
Survivors include her children, Patricia Kimpston (John) of Russell, Tammy Wheeler of Ashland, Joanna Little (Bobby) of Catlettsburg, Donna Moore of Ashland, Julia Wheatley of Ashland, and Billy Kelley of Catlettsburg; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, Denver Picklesimer (Dinah) of South Point, Ohio; and sisters, Geraldine McKenzie (Walter) of Catlettsburg, Linda Picklesimer (Alvin) of Wayne, and beloved cousin, Barbara Coburn Reed of Louisianna.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at Neal Funeral Home, 2409 Center St. in Catlettsburg. Pastor Roger Branham will officiate. Final resting place will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens in Ashland.
