Frances Jean Manifold, 83, of Worthington, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, in Kingsbrook Life Care Center in Ashland.
Frances was born May 22, 1933, in Worthington, a daughter of the late James Worthington and Geneva Shope Worthington Fannin.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Morris Manifold; two brothers, James Worthington and
Jerry Worthington; One infant son, David Manifold; and two sons, Bobby Biles and Barry Biles.
She formerly worked at the old Russell YMCA.
She is survived by four sons, John Manifold of Huntington, W.Va.,
Billy (Donna) Manifold of Ashland, Laddie and Barb Biles of Vanceburg and Jimmy Biles of Springfield, Ohio; four daughters,
Tina (Kenny) Bostick of South Shore, Sandra (Myra) Mosser of Ashland, Cris Biles Leach of Springfield, Ohio and Ginny Ray of Springfield, Ohio; one brother, Billy (Greathel) Fannin of Worthington; one sister, Nancy (Danny) Chandler of Flatwoods; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup with Dee Jay Hicks officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery in Greenup.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and after noon Saturday at the funeral home.
