Johnie Lee Crum, 64, of Raceland, died Tuesday morning, May 9, 2017, in King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland following an extended illness.
Johnie was born June 26, 1952, in Ashland, a son of the late John B. and Mary Louise Woods Crum.
He was retired from the Kentucky Revenue Department, Department of Property Taxation and was a member of Bridges Christian Church in Russell.
Surviving include his wife, Christie Kouns Crum; three sons, Brandon Kidd of Flatwoods, Matthew Crum and Travis Crum of Raceland; eight daughters, Maera Flynn Ohlemacher of Columbus, Ohio, Tera Kidd of Flatwoods, Amanda Rowsey of Russell, Haley Crum Hernandez of Flatwoods, Ashley Crum of Ashland, Amber Crum of Ashland, Teresa Crum of Raceland and Breanna Crum of Raceland; a sister, Rita Lininger of Sycamore, Ohio; and 19 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at noon Friday, May 12, 2017, at Bridges Christian Church by Todd Young minister. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. Friday at the church.
Preston Family Funeral Home in Ashland is in charge of arrangements.
