Phyllis Ann Park, 80, of Cocoa, Fla., formerly of Ashland, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017, in HealthSouth Sea Pines Rehabilitation in Melbourne, Fla.
Phyllis was born Oct. 30, 1936, in Ashland to the late Arthur and Edna Fannin Tackett.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings, Paschal Tackett and Russell Craft.
Phyllis was a former retail supervisor with Kennedy Space Center NASA Exchange. She was a member of Church of the Nazarene.
She leaves behind her husband, Kenneth Park; two sons, Jerry Bentley (Jessica) of Moncks Corner, S.C., and Stephen Bentley (Stephanie) of Ashland; two daughters, Vicki Allen (Jeffrey) of Merritt Island, Fla., and Jamie Burnett (Fred) of Cocoa, Fla.; five grandchildren, Christina Bentley, Victoria Allen, Sarah Bentley, Nevaeh Bentley and Sam Bentley; two great-grandchildren, Bentley Meade and Stephen Bentley; and a host of extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Highland Memorial Gardens in South Point, Ohio.
Caniff Funeral Home in Westwood is in charge of arrangements.
