Richard Darrell Prince, 60, of Ironton, Ohio, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017, in Ashland.
Mr. Prince was born March 23, 1957, in Ironton, a son to the late Stairl and Beulah Mae Fout Prince.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Aaron Keeghan Prince; and two brothers, Staril "David" Prince and Danny Ray Prince.
Mr. Prince was a 1976 graduate of Rock Hill High School. He was a former truck driver for the John W. Clark Oil Company retiring in 2008 after 18 years of service. He was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church in Ashland.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Connie Wiley Prince; a daughter, Kimberly (Brian) Clark of Ironton; a son, Nick (Tina) Prince of South Point, Ohio; four brothers, Donald William Prince and Dale (Beth) Prince both of Ironton, Dean (Sherry) Prince and Steven (Christy) Prince both of Kitts Hill, Ohio; three sisters, Debbie Young of Grayson, and Dreama (Curt) Fannin and Janice Prince both of Ironton; four grandchildren:, Hayden Clark, Eli Clark, Madeline Clark and Jaxson Prince.
Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Friday, June 23, 2017, at Christ United Methodist Church in Ashland with the Reverend William Moore officiating.
Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South 7th Street in Ironton.
In lieu of flowers, donations maybe sent to Christ United Methodist Church, 2335 Pollard Rd., Ashland, KY 41101.
