Robert Earl "Bobby" Cordle, 49, of Ashland, went to be with the Lord Monday, March 13, 2017, in King's Daughter Medical Center in Ashland.
He was born Sept. 8, 1967, in Russell, a son of Virginia Ann Oney Cordle of Ashland and the late Raymond G. Cordle.
Bobby was a member of the Ashland Pentecostal Holiness Church and attended a hand full of other churches through out the week. He knew no stranger and was loved by everyone he came in contact with.
In addition to his loving mother, Bobby is survived by two brothers, Clifford Cordle and his wife, Penny, of Ashland and Gregory Cordle and his wife, Lois, of Ashland; a sister, Linda Evans and her husband, Ron, of Ashland; a nephew, Ronnie Ray Evans II and his wife, Lisa, of Ashland; two great-nephews; a great-niece; and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Flatwoods Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle with ministers Lloyd L. Bailey and Ronnie Ray Evans II officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashlan.
Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at the church.
Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods is in charge of arrangements.
