Sharon's Story

Sharon Lynn Stewart, 65, of Webbville, went to be with her Lord Friday, July 28, 2017, after a sudden illness.
Sharon was born July 30, 1951, in Falcon, a daughter of the late Samuel H. and Geneva Prater Conley.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Lowell Thomas Conley, Bill Conley and Doug Conley.
She was retired from the Carter County School System having worked with East Carter High School and Prichard family resource center and most recently as secretary from Prichard Elementary.
She is survived by her husband, Jerald "Jerry" Stewart; one son, Jerald (Kayla) Stewart Jr. of Grayson; two daughters, Alicia (Curt) Fannin of Hitchins and Melanie (Chris) Jackson of Grayson; five sisters, Mary Borders of Marion, Ohio, Wanda Tussey of Clarksville, Tenn., Linda Horton, Charlotte Stapleton and Bonnie Sloas all of Grayson; six grandchildren, Darrek Fannin, Kaeli Fannin, Jacob Stewart, Gracie Stewart, Kaleb Jackson and Grant Jackson; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Malone Funeral Home with Brother David Boggs, minister. Burial will be in East Carter County Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
