Weldon Dean Williams's Story
Weldon Dean Williams of West Liberty, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at his home.
He was born Feb. 12, 1937, in Rosco, to the late Dewey and Nancy Williams.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Bazil and Robert Williams; and a sister, Ilene Osterhage.
He was a steel worker with LTV Steel Mill and a world War II Air Corp member. He was a member of Enterprise Baptist Faith.
He is survived by his son, Weldon Keith Williams of West Liberty; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Homer Williams of Kentucky; three sisters, Doris Sparks of Kentucky, Martha Ferguson of Ohio and Sue Wheeler of Texas.
Blondell Williams, the wife of Weldon Dean, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2017, in University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
She was born Aug. 21, 1941, in Morgan County, to Ike and Edna Ferguson.
Blondell was a homemaker.
In addition to her son and grandchildren, She is survived by a sister, Brenda Williams.
A joint funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 28, 2017, at Lewis & Ferguson Funeral Home in Sandy Hook. Burial will be in Elliott County Memory Gardens.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. Saturday, May 27, 2017, at the funeral home.
