Charles L. Blackburn, 88, of Ashland, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 5, 2026, at Woodland Oaks Healthcare Facility. Abiding by Charlie's wishes, there will be no funeral services. Burial will take place in Catlettsburg Cemetery.
