Ada Louise Wike Stevens, 76 of Worthington, KY went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.

Mrs. Stevens was born February 24, 1946 in Ashland, KY, a daughter of the late Clarence Wike and Virginia Mae Williams Wike. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Ruby Cordle.

Mrs. Stevens is survived by her loving husband, Charles Dale Stevens; one daughter, Rachel (Victor) Cordle of Flatwoods; one son, Wayne Stevens of San Diego; two sisters, Elise (Warren) Hensley of Flatwoods and Brenda (Virgil) Howard of Worthington; four grandchildren, Amy (Greg) Mason, Casey (April) Cordle, Haley Bowden and Hollie Cordle; four great grandchildren, Taylor Bowden, Carson Bowden, Abbie McKenzie and Bella McKenzie.

A funeral service for Mrs. Stevens will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Evans Funeral Home in Raceland with Dr. Tommy Melvin officiating. Burial to follow at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Russell, KY.

Friends may visit on Saturday December 3, 2022 from 11:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
