Bernice C. Rober Doty, 77, of Ashland, KY, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
Bernice was born on October 28, 1947, in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Bernard and Ethel Marie McNamara Rober.
Mrs. Doty was the owner/manager of Four Seasons Catering in Huntington, WV. She loved all animals. Especially her dog, Wendy, and cats, Bingo and Shirley. She was a 1965 graduate of St. Joseph High School in Brooklyn, NY, and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Ashland, KY.
Bernice is survived by her loving husband of fifty-six years, Peter Doty of Ashland, KY; two daughters, Linda Carter of Flatwoods, KY, and Carole (Jeff) Butcher of Ashland, KY; three grandchildren: Kassandra Hannah Carter, Darick Carter, and Allie Butcher; a brother-in-law, Ronald F. (Peggy) Doty of Groton, NY; and a host of extended family and friends.
