Ashland, KY - Betty Jean Counts Vincent, 86, of Ashland passed away peacefully in her sleep Sunday morning February 16, 2025, at the Kingsbrook Lifecare Center in Ashland. Betty was born April 18, 1938 in Carter County, KY a daughter of the late Morton and Georgia Willis Counts. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 56 years in 2020, Darrell "Dick" Vincent; being the youngest child of a large family she was preceded by three sisters, Clarice Claxon, Dixie Everman and Dorothy Knipp; and four brothers, Cecil Counts, Hord Counts, George Counts and Norman Counts. Betty and her husband operated Tom's Pizza/Vincent Family Restaurant in Grayson for several years; and had several business interests in Ashland, KY.

Betty is survived by a daughter, Eugeni (John) Greene of Ashland; a son, Eric (Christi) Vincent of Ashland; her precious gifts; five grandchildren, Emily (Ryan) Greene-Shanks, Zach Vincent, Conner Vincent, Austin (Nicole) Vincent and Whitney (B.J.) Jones; six great-grandchild, Canaan Vincent, Liam Vincent, Nolan Vincent, Addyson New, Karli Jones and Camron Jones; who all she loved with all her heart and never went a day without asking about them and several nieces, nephews and extended family who all mourn her passing.

Funeral services will be 1 pm Friday, February 21, 2025 at Malone Funeral Home with Bro. Bradley Cotten, officiating. Burial will be in the East Carter County Memory Gardens.
