Carolyn Callahan, 70, of Flatwoods, KY went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 27th, 2021 at Kings Daughters Medical Center surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Callahan was born May 14th, 1951 in Ashland, Ky, a daughter of the late Glenn Watson Sr and Ruby "May" Daniels Watson. She is preceded in death by her brother Jim Watson.
Carolyn was a member of Oak Street Freewill Baptist Church in Flatwoods, Ky.
Mrs. Callahan is survived by her loving husband of 52 years Robert Callahan; One son Shawn (Sabrina) Callahan of South Point, Ohio; One Daughter Rebecca (Christopher) Sutton of Clarksville, Tennessee; Two brothers Glenn Watson Jr and Larry Watson; Seven Grandchildren Shannon Callahan, Jordan Childers, Joshua Callahan, Josiah Callahan, Eve Mae Sutton, Scotty Sutton, and Jannah Callahan.
A funeral Service for Carolyn Callahan will be held Friday, December 31st, 2021 at Oak Street Freewill Baptist Church at 12pm with Brother Joe Van Meter officiating. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Memorial Garden in Flatwoods, Ky. The visitation will be on Thursday, December 30th, 2021 at Evans Funeral Home in Raceland, Ky from 6:00pm. until 8:00pm.
