Flatwoods, KY - Carolyn Lynn Lemaster Litteral, 85, of Ashland, widow of Ronald Litteral, passed away peacefully on Wednesday evening, October 8, 2025, at Wurtland Nursing and Rehab Center following a brief illness.

Carolyn, a homemaker, found joy in creating beautiful flower arrangements in her spare time, a hobby she cherished. She was born on November 6, 1939, in Ironton, Ohio, to the late Harold Edward Lemaster and Irene Sturgell Lemaster.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Ronald Litteral, in 2021; brothers, Joseph Lemaster, Sr., Albert Lemaster, and Phillip Norman Lemaster; and sisters, Elnora Ruth Van Kirk and Leesa Colleen Lemaster.

Carolyn's love for her family was unwavering, and she leaves behind her children, Gregory Bryan Litteral of Ashland, KY, and Susan Lynn Hatten of Coal Grove, Ohio; grandchildren, Korey Landon Ward and Kasey Taylor Ward, both of Ashland, and Christopher Litteral of Columbus, OH, and Melissa Kidwell of Ashley, Ohio, a sister, Andrea Lemaster Litteral, and a host of extended family and friends.

Carolyn will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods, KY.
