Ironton - Deborah Leah (Howard) Mullins, 72, of Pedro, Ohio passed away at her residence on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Morton Watson Howard and Ada Garnett Overby Howard and was born in Catlettsburg, KY on February 14, 1954. She was also preceded in death by her husband; David Lee Mullins on November 10, 2015.

She was a 1972 graduate of Catlettsburg High School and received her associate degree in business at Ashland Community College. Deborah was a former Accounts Payable clerk at FIVCO District Health Dept.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings; Susie Holbrook and Ronald Howard and her beloved dogs and companions; Rubi Sue, Cash and Opie.

Survivors include her daughters; Candida Dawn (Hager) Doubikin (Brett) of Cardington, OH and Christen Leah Adkins (Mitch) of Chesapeake, OH, 7 grandchildren; Samantha Swartz (Justin), Taylor Colegrove (Abram), Leah Bloomfield (Colton), Logan Doubikin (Vanessa), Kayson Adkins (Emily), Adyson Adkins and Cohen Adkins, 11 great-grandchildren, her siblings; Denise Opell (Jack) of Grovetown, GA and Tim Howard (Denise) of Catlettsburg, KY.
