Jack Lewis, 88 of Ironton, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2024 surrounded by his family. He was a beloved man who will be missed by family and friends. Jack was born on 01/21/1936, he was a 1954 Graduate of Ironton High School, and retired from Ashland Oil, Inc as a Supervisor after 36 years. He was a member of the Army Reserve for 2 years. Jack spent his life serving our Lord and Savior in all he did. He was a member of Sharon Baptist Church and served as a Deacon as well as created and led the building committee in the development of the Multipurpose Sanctuary.

Jack is survived by his wife Carol Broce Lewis, son Paul (Kathy) Lewis, daughter in law Dawn Lewis Thompson, daughters Deanna (Mark) Haas and Alys (Troy) Patrick, 12 grandchildren and 2 Honorary grandchildren 15 Great grandchildren. Jack has 2 surviving sisters Clara Mae Stark and Linda Crisp as well as The Crusader Gang.

Jack is preceded in death by his Father Clarence Lewis, Mother Lena Lewis, 2 sisters Doris Lee Lewis, Danna Jean White, Great Grandson Colton Allen Lewis and Son Rick Lewis Sr.

Visitation will be Wednesday October 16, 2024, 6:00- 8:00 pm at Sharon Baptist Church. Funeral will be 11:00am, Thursday October 17, 2024, 11:00am, at Sharon Baptist Church, 2010 South 5th Street, Ironton, Ohio, with Pastor Steve Harvey officiating.
