James D. Price, 75, of Greenup, Ky passed peacefully at home surrounded by his family on August 23, 2022. He was born July 16, 1947 in Russell, Ky, a son of the late Daniel J. Price Sr. and Leona Douglas Price.
Along with his parents Mr. Price is preceded in death by three sisters, Patricia Long, Alice "Sis" Case and Pamela Lundy; four brothers, Donald Price, George Bingoff, Robert Odell, Daniel J Price Jr., and his son-in-law, Larry Massie.
Mr. Price is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Nancy Price; two daughters, Christina Massie, Angela (Michael) Jung; three sons, James "Jimbo" D. (Regina) Price, Timothy (Carrie) Price and Donald C. (Candace) Price; eight grandchildren, Natasha (Zach) Lawless, Amber Price, Katlin (Justin) Massie, Graycin Price, Sophia Price, Colten Price, Brycen Price, Austin Price; two great grandchildren Gentry Lawless and Bailey Jung; his brother, John T. Price Sr along with his best pal Brutis.
A memorial service for James Price will be held Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 6pm at Evans Funeral Home in Raceland.
