Westwood, KY - Joe Richard Justice, 67, of Westwood, Kentucky, passed away in his home on the morning of July 15, 2025. Joe was born in Ashland, Kentucky, on January 12, 1958. He was the son of Mary Justice, also of Ashland, Kentucky. He married Angela (Wood) Justice on April 21, 1986, who preceded him in death in 2018. He considered her the love of his life, and said, "he could not have married into a better family."

Joe was a graduate of Fairview High School. He was of the Christian faith, proclaiming his belief in Christ at God's Tabernacle in Russell, Kentucky. Joe and Angie owned and operated a catering company, A&J Catering, for many years. In addition to cooking, Joe enjoyed fishing, wrestling, watching NASCAR, taking walks, and spending quality time with his children and grandchildren.

Aside from his wife, Angie, Joe was preceded in death by several siblings. His brothers, Merle, Jack, Ed, Doug, Warnie, and his sister, Sally.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Justin Justice of Ashland, Kentucky, and his daughter, Savannah (Andrew Moore) Justice of Wellston, OH. Joe also has two grandchildren, Averly and Silas Justice. He also has two surviving siblings: a brother, Bill Justice, and a sister, Jean Justice. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Honoring Joe's wishes, there will be no service at this time. Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S 7th Street, Ironton, Ohio, is honored to assist the Justice family.
