Johnda Lee Everhart, 77, of Kitts Hill, Ohio passed away at home surrounded by her family, pastor, and special friends on August 30th, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Delbert and Evelyn (Clark) Bluebaum. Johnda was a devoted wife of the late Luke Everhart. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Tim) Adkins of Kitts Hill, a grandson Bryson Adkins and his precious wife Susanna of Ironton, three siblings, Deanna and Jack Bluebaum of Catlettsburg and Denver Bluebaum of Westwood. Johnda is also survived by her "favorite" person and prayer partner, Janice Mumahan, devoted friends Alisha Edwards, Kallie McCleese, and Cheryl Absher, and special family friend and the first to call her "Nonna", Megan Rice.

Johnda was a graduate of Boyd County High School. She worked in the Rock Hill School System and was a member of Mamre Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher. She cherished her role as being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved the Lord and continually pointed her family to God. Her soft words of encouragement and sweet smile will forever be cherished.

Funeral services will be 4:00 P.M., Sunday, September 3, 2023, at Mamre Baptist Church, Kitts Hill, Ohio with Pastors Ryan McKee, John Paul Patterson, and Jeff Davenport officiating. Beth Davenport will sing Johnda's favorite song "Midnight Cry". Special words and music will also be provided by her grandson, Bryson Adkins. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the church. A burial will follow in Mamre Cemetery.
