Powell, Ohio - Kathleen F. Shanks, 92, formerly of Ashland, died Friday at her home. She is survived by her daughter Teresa Shanks (Rob) Wettling. Services will be 12:00pm Tuesday, Sept. 30th at the Ashland Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel. Visitation from 11:00 - 12:00 at the Mausoleum Chapel.
