Michael J. Hunt, 54, of South Shore, KY., peacefully passed away Friday, May 3, 2019 at his home with his family by is side. He was born in Portsmouth, OH., June 18, 1964 a son of Betty Smith Hunt and the late Adolphus (Byjack) Hunt.
Michael was a member of the Nazarene Church of Lloyd, KY., and attended Greenup County Schools. He loved sports especially University of Kentucky Basketball, the Cincinnati Reds and Greenup County High School Baseball. Michael lived in South Shore, KY., his entire life and was loved by many people. He was one of the sweetest fella's you could ever meet.
Surviving along with is mother are one brother Paul Hunt two sister in laws Melvina and Christine. Ten nieces and nephews Ryan & Jen, Daniel & Leighann, Branden & Amanda, Brad & Donna and Keisha & William. Eight great nieces and nephews Coden, Ethan, Zachary, Matthew, Lateesha, Kylee, Mariah and Chloe.
Funeral Services will be 1 P.M. Monday, May 6, 2019 at MORTON FUNERAL HOME in South Shore, KY., with Pastor Kenneth Martin officiating. Burial will follow at MT. Zion Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation will be Monday at the funeral home from 11 A.M. until the funeral hour at 1 P.M.
