Randy Sue Frazier, 69, of Ashland, passed away Oct. 26, 2016.
She was born Oct. 16, 1947, in Louisa, a daughter of the late James Rice Frazier and Willa Belle Hampton Frazier. Randy was preceded in death by her parents and her granddaughter, Ericka Ealey.
She attended Hilltop Baptist Church.
She leaves behind to mourn her loss are her children, Sandy Sipps, Kim Rice (Joe Robinson) and Renee Rice; sister Angel Christian; her beloved grandchildren, Tomiko Williams, Landon Williams, Travis Rice, Sarah Rice, Latha Sipps, Nick Baldridge, Alexis Sipps, Kaleb Jackson, Rashad Rice and ReEll Coley; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service for Randy will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with the Rev Rice officiating.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
