Ashland, KY - Robin Amstrong, 68, of Ashland, passed away Friday, April 24, 2026 at her residence. Robin was born February 8, 1958 in Ashland to the late William E. and Anna Marie Jones Stewart. In addition to her parents, Robin was preceded in death by her brother, Donald R. Stewart.

She was a member of the Kenova United Methodist Church and a former Teachers Aid, retiring from the Ashland Independent School System.

Left to Cherish Robins memory includes her husband Robert R. Armstrong Sr., a son, Rusty Armstrong (Kelly) of Catlettsburg, two grandchildren, Madison Jenkins, Lexi Armstrong, her nieces and nephews, Lawren, Drew, Chris, and Kim, her two sisters-in-law, Allison-Armstrong Burch, Pat Stewart, and a brother-in-law Jim (Jan) Armstrong.

The family would like to express their gratitude and thanks to the wonderful caregivers, Brittnie Schwartz, Whittney Handley, Jessica Sullivan, Amanda Jackson, Amber Holley, Rachel Hutchins, Teresa Kitchen, and Tiffany Nethercutt.

A Graveside service will be held Noon Thursday, April 30, 2026 in the Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to service time at noon in the Mausoleum Chapel.
