Stanley Ramey, 97 of Wurtland KY went to be with the Lord on October 1, 2023 at Wurtland Nursing and Rehab in Wurtland, KY. Stanley was born August 26, 1926 in Greenup, Ky. He is a son of the late Jennings Ramey and Mary Young Ramey.
Mr. Ramey is also preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Burgess Ramey; two sons, Robert Jennings Ramey, Jeffrey Wendall Ramey and two sisters, Gertrude Wright and Kathleen Ramey.
Mr. Ramey is survived by his daughter, Lee Ann Ramey Grim and grandson, Christopher W. Grim.
A funeral service for Stanley Ramey will be held Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 7pm at Evans Funeral Home in Raceland with Pastor JR Gullet officiating. Friends may visit from 6pm until time of service at the funeral home.
