Stephen was born January 15, 1952 in Ashland, Ky, a son of the late Billy Morman and Ella Workman Morman. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Michael Morman.
Surviving Mr. Morman is his daughter, Jonda Morman; sons, Jeffrey Morman and Christopher Skeans; sister, Karen Stephens; brother, Kenny Morman and several grandchildren.
