Vivian "Kaye" Webb, 80 of Russell, KY went to be with the Lord on Thursday February 17, 2022 at Community Hospice of Ashland.

Kaye was born on Tuesday August 19, 1941 in Russell, KY. She is a daughter of the late Chester "Chet" Keiser and Juanita Workman Keiser. Mrs. Webb is also preceded in death by her daughter Leslie "Bunny" Bailey; two sisters, Jessica Jackson, Silvia Howard and one brother Johnny Keiser.

Mrs. Webb is a 1959 graduate of Russell High School. After graduation Kaye went on to be a stunt car driver with Rotroff for over 20 years. Her driving skills were even utilized in a Uniroyal Tire commercial. Being a devout Christian, she was a member of the 13th Street Baptist Church in Ashland, KY.

Kaye is survived by her loving husband Paul Webb, one sister, Vera (Mike) Ison of Russell, her brother William (Linda) Keiser of Russell as well as her church family and friends.

Funeral services for Mrs. Webb will be held at noon on Monday February 21, 2022 at the 13th Street Baptist Church in Ashland, KY with Pastor Jim Byrd officiating. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until time of service. Burial to follow at the Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Russell, KY.
