William David Howard Obituary
William David Howard, 78, of Oldtown, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, April 25, 2020, at St.Mary's Hospital in Huntington, W.Va.
David was born May 8, 1941, in Grayson, a son of the late Elmer and Verna Wilson Howard.
He was retired from I.B.E.W. 71 in Columbus, Ohio, and a farmer.
He was preceded in death by one brother, John Paul Howard and one sister, Joyce Felty.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sandra Jarrells Howard; one daughter, Sandra Dee (Lloyd) Callihan of Olive Hill, Ky.; father and mother-in-law, Glen and Irene Steele Rapp of Oldtown; grandchild, Thomas (Megan) Callihan; and great-grandson, Landon Callihan.
A private service will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at Malone Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Howard Family Cemetery with Glenn Stephenson, officiating.
