William (Hummer) Hummell, 75, of Flatwoods, KY, formerly of Ironton, OH, passed away July 21, 2024, at King's Daughter Medical Center, Ashland, KY. He was born January 7, 1949, the son of the late Arnold Hummell and Nellie (Markin) Price and his beloved step-father, Gordon Price. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Rita (Pratt) Hummell.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm, Friday, July 26, 2024, at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, 518 South 6th Street, Ironton, OH with Pastor Jim Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery, 824 Lorain Street, Ironton, OH. Visitation will from 12:00pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
